PUBLICATIONSDOG LICENSINGThere is no application form for new first-time dog licensing. The Town Clerk will need the valid rabies certificate and if the dog is altered, as long as it states on the rabies certificate, we're good. Otherwise, the Clerk would need the spay/neuter papers. All documents will be returned, none are kept on file at the Clerk's office.
The dog license through the Town Clerk is $15 annually for unaltered canines. Spayed or neutered (must bring proof of procedure unless noted on rabies certificate) are a $6 fee annually. We also offer a Senior Discount of $2 for anyone over 65 with a valid ID. 3-year licensing is also available if the rabies certificate covers the full 3 years. All new licensing can be done through our 24/7 accessible drop box located at 11 Jamestown St., Sinclairville or mailed to: PO Box 482, Sinclairville, NY 14782.
